Here’s how you get cases.
Hey, welcome. I'm Luca, and I started Claim Supply. In the next few minutes, I'll show you how we find cases for your firm and how they get to your team. By the end, you should have a pretty good sense of whether we're a fit.
We meet on a call
It starts with a call. I'm your point of contact from here on, so bring whoever decides on the order and whoever runs your intake. We'll go through it together: the product and your territories first, then qualification, delivery and price. I've been in performance marketing for ten years, and I build the funnels, the software and the automation behind all of this. When we hang up, we'll both know if this fits your firm, and what happens next.
Your pilot, scoped
Your pilot starts at one hundred exclusive leads or ten signed retainers, and you can go bigger. Every case has to meet eight standard requirements. It's a motor vehicle accident, with an injury, and no attorney retained. The claimant wasn't at fault, the accident was within twelve months, and they're currently treating, with no treatment gap longer than thirty days. And they're inside your service area. For leads, qualification starts with the claimant's own answers. For signed retainers, our intake team screens each one against your criteria. Anything custom goes into the written scope.
Accept and sign
When the scope and terms are agreed, you accept the current version and sign. Your service agreement spells out what we deliver and what it costs, along with the terms. It's a separate document from the representation agreement a claimant signs with your firm. You sign it digitally and keep the executed copy. Orders are prepaid, and we agree setup and delivery expectations with you before you pay. If the scope changes later, we change the written agreement to match.
Book your kickoff
After you sign, book your kickoff. Bring the people who'll actually receive the cases, and make sure your intake lead can be there. This is a working session, where your order meets the way your firm runs day to day. Before it, work out who owns your CRM, your receiving inbox and any live-transfer number. I'm still your point of contact through setup. We use the kickoff to sort out the practical details before anything goes live.
Send us the essentials
We'll need a few things from you, depending on what you ordered. For signed retainers, that includes your firm's representation agreement. Then your receiving inbox and your CRM details. If you chose live transfers, add the number, your opening hours and your time zone. Branding is needed only where state rules require it. Everywhere else, the ads run unbranded. We only ask for what your order actually needs, and we use it to build the handoff around how your team works.
Confirm the launch plan
The kickoff is where we settle the launch plan. We confirm your criteria, your territories, your contacts and how cases get delivered, all against your order. If you bought leads, your intake team owns contact, evaluation and signing. If you bought signed retainers, we walk you through our intake and the exact point where your team takes over. We also cover opening hours, records and any extra support, and we answer whatever's still open. Both teams agree on the launch, and the dates follow your real setup.
Your funnel, built bespoke
We run the ads and the qualification funnel for your agreed states and case types. You pay for the qualified product in your order, and the media is already in that price. The ads run unbranded unless state rules say otherwise, and you don't need to approve each one. When someone inquires, they go down the path you picked. Form-fill leads go straight to your intake team. Signed retainers go through ours first. And every claimant we supply is exclusive to your firm.
We brief the call center
If you ordered signed retainers, your rules become the script our intake team works from. They talk to the claimant, check every requirement, and take them through your firm's representation agreement. Intake runs around the clock, in English and Spanish. What reaches you is the signed retainer, with the intake information attached. With form-fill leads, that conversation happens on your side, with your own team. In both cases, the client relationship is yours, and so is every legal decision.
Test the delivery end to end
Before a single ad runs, we test the delivery exactly as your team will get it. We check the CRM field mapping or the receiving inbox, and the live transfer if you chose one. For signed retainers, we test the document handoff as well. Your team looks at a sample and confirms it landed in the right place, in a format they can use. I want the people receiving it to recognize the record straight away and know what to do next.
Know when you are live
Your campaign goes live once setup and the delivery checks have passed, on the plan we agreed. You'll get a clear update from us the moment spend begins, so your intake team knows when to expect deliveries. Your product, territories and qualification stay exactly as you ordered them. While it runs, keep your receiving contacts and opening hours current. If something changes on your side, like a new person on intake, tell us, and we'll keep the handoff in line with who's doing the work.
Tune before you scale
Every new campaign goes through a learning period. We test audiences, creative, funnel copy and the intake experience, and we improve the campaign based on what it shows us. Before we raise volume, we look at cost and qualification side by side. Testing doesn't come with a promise of a particular result by a fixed date. Your team's feedback helps a lot here. It tells us whether a problem sits in the ads, the qualification or the handoff, so we fix the right thing.
Your first cases land
Your first cases arrive through the handoff you chose. A form-fill lead comes with the claimant's contact details and their qualification answers, ready for your intake team. A signed retainer comes with your firm's signed representation agreement and the intake information. Digital records arrive in seconds. We don't hold them back for an end-of-day batch. Live transfers follow your agreed hours, though digital deliveries can still come in outside them. Supporting records follow whatever your order sets out.
See every case in your portal
Each case you receive stays within reach of whoever's handling it. We agree on the delivery tool for your order. That could be your connected CRM, your inbox or the portal view. Documents, recordings and transcripts follow the service you chose. Keep your case dispositions accurate, and send any quality issue through the channel we agreed. The legal assessment and the relationship with each client always stay with your firm.
Receive a weekly case report
How often we report and review is set in your agreement. If weekly written reports are part of it, your case report puts delivery and dispositions side by side. You'll see progress, where every case stands, and any quality issue that needs a look. We go through it with your team, the way we agreed. The report is only as good as the dispositions in it, so keep them current. That way we're both looking at the same record when we talk.
Review your first ten with us
We go through your first ten cases together, to spot patterns early. We look at what was delivered, how intake handled it, and whether each case met the requirements at delivery. If one didn't, request a replacement with the evidence. You have three days for leads, and fourteen days for signed retainers. We review it against your written scope and terms, and an approved replacement carries no additional acquisition charge. Conversion, case value and later outcomes are a separate conversation from a missed delivery criterion.
Decide what happens next
At the pilot review, we compare delivery with your order and the schedule we agreed. We look at the actual records, what qualification found, the handoff, and how it all worked for your team. Your quoted price holds, even if the campaign costs us more to run. This review helps you decide on the next order. It doesn't promise a settlement, a case value or a conversion result. If it fits your firm, we keep going, and any new requirements go into the next written scope.
Choose your next volume
If you want more, the question is how much your intake team can handle. We start from what the pilot showed and grow in stages, with quantities agreed for each territory. We build on the campaign, intake and delivery setup that's already running, and we keep a close eye on qualification and handoff quality. The price and scope of the next order are confirmed before it starts. The aim is a bigger order that your team can still work properly.
Expand into new states
Adding states works the same way, in stages. We scope each state around whether your firm can serve it, and you choose the locations and the quantity for each one. Advertising rules, qualification conditions, availability and costs can all differ between states. That's why every expansion gets its own review, and every new state gets its own campaign and funnel setup. You can grow step by step, and you'll always know where each case belongs and who at your firm receives it.
Keep control of your orders
You stay in control of your orders. They're prepaid, and nothing renews automatically. Acquisition covers the ads and the funnel. Selected records are charged at cost, with the receipt, as your order sets out. Fractional legal assistant support on eligible cases is scoped separately, and it works under your firm's direction. Whether you order again is your call. An order you've already funded follows its agreed cancellation and release terms. Before we speak, look over your scope and write down your questions. I'll see you on the call.
